Professor Andrew Bateman: “In this talk I consider how, as Physiotherapists, that we can incorporate a holistic neuropsychological rehabilitation mindset into our encounters with our patients. Drawing on vignettes from Parkinson’s, Stroke and other Acquired Brain Injury settings we will explore the relationship between cognitive, emotional and physical challenges experienced by our patients. I will provide an update on recent progress and directions for future research, policy and clinical development.”
